STUDENTS PERFORM IN NEW YORK CITY!
Every other year the students from the Newport Harbor Vocal Music program get the opportunity to travel to New York City to perform in a masterwork concert. In previous years, our students have performed in two concert staged broadway musical productions and a master work series on the World Famous Carnegie Hall stage as well as David Geffen Hall at Lincoln Center. Our students learn what it takes to be a part of a professional production through developing adequate rehearsal practices and are able to join the ranks of all types of musical professionals on stage.

NEW YORK TOUR - 2025
Newport Harbor Vocal Music students will be returning to New York City in 2025!

The 2023 - 2024 academic year will take our vocal music students back to LINCOLN CENTER! Our students will perform in a Broadway musical (TBA) alongside current A-list Broadway celebrities.

PAST TOURS
JUBILATE DEO - 2023
The 2022 - 2023 academic school year student members put together a performance of Jubilate Deo by Dan Forrest in collaboration with other singers from across the country and the New York City Chamber Orchestra produced by Manhattan Concert Productions in the Spring of 2023. Our students had the chance to explore the city and experience professional rehearsals.

JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT - 2020

The 2019 - 2020 academic school year student members participated in a staged concert production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at David Geffen Hall/Lincoln Center in New York City. They were joined on stage by current "A-List" broadway stars such as Noah Galvin (Dear Evan Hansen), Alex Newell (Glee), Jessica Vosk (Wicked) and more!
